Residential Remodeling Services
Every client and project is unique. Please review the 4 phases below to determine what services will be best for you.
For example, if you are looking for a General Contractor to assist you through the whole remodel process, you are likely wanting Phases 1-4. You'll have an experienced designer with you every step of the way. Some clients are more of a DIY'er and are likely wanting assistance with Layout Creation and Assistance with Material Selections. This might be Phase 1-2.
No project is too big or too small. Each project is customized and priced per project.
Phase 1
Measure. Create Existing Drawing. Develop New Drawings. Finalize Layout.
This includes virtual meetings to review new options (as many as feasible) and up to 3 revisions before finalizing layout. It’s important for clients to share ideas, uses for the space, needs/wants list and inspiration photos.
Phase 2
Preliminary Product & Finish Selections. Job Site Walk Through. Collecting Bids. Proposal Review Appointment
This includes virtual, in person and/or on-site meetings. On-site meeting for site verification and for pricing purposes (if needed). Proposal Review appointment in person.
Phase 3
Finalize Products & Finish Selections. PreConstruction Walk Through. Ordering. Scheduling.
This includes virtual, in person and/or on-site meetings. Vendor meetings by appointment only.
Phase 4
Building Permits. Project Management. Construction
This includes in person and/or on-site meetings for the duration of the project. Construction Hours are Monday - Friday 7am-5pm. Lockbox will be provided for access into the home.
